Advanced Global Alliance Pte Ltd ("AGA", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and other applicable data protection laws.

"Personal data" means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data alone or together with other information to which an organisation has or is likely to have access.

Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with AGA, we may collect:

• your name, company, job title and business contact details;
• your email address, telephone or WhatsApp number;
• the contents of enquiries, correspondence and meeting requests;
• product, application, process and technical requirements you provide;
• event, demonstration or site-visit registration information;
• information in a CV, resume or employment application; and
• technical information that may be recorded in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, device type, access time, pages viewed and referring page.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal data through a general website enquiry.

How we use personal data

We may collect, use or process personal data to:

• respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
• recommend products, services, demonstrations or technical solutions;
• prepare quotations and manage customer, supplier and partner relationships;
• coordinate delivery, installation, training, support and after-sales service;

Some recipients may be located outside Singapore. When transferring personal data overseas, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business needs or to meet legal and regulatory obligations. When retention is no longer necessary, we will delete, anonymise or securely dispose of the data.

Website data, cookies and external links

Our website may process limited technical data through standard server logs for delivery, reliability and security. At the effective date of this notice, the website does not intentionally use analytics or advertising cookies.
